Whitney Law Group Adds Depth to Its Litigation Team by Adding New Associate – Ava Sandford
Ava Sandford recently joined WLG as an Associate attorney. Ava adds additional depth to WLG’s litigation team and will handle a variety of employment-related issues, including harassment, discrimination, constructive discharge, disability/reasonable accommodation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenants.
Ava graduated from New England Law School in May 2025. While at law school, she interned for a Boston-area employment law firm and gained experience in a variety of employment law matters. Ava also obtained valuable experience working as a law clerk at a workers’ compensation defense firm prior to joining WLG.
Before attending law school, Ava graduated from Syracuse University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
Ava is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Like all attorneys at WLG, Ava is an active member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, an industry group of lawyers focused on representing individuals in employment litigation.
