Jacob A. Yezerski

Jacob A. Yezerski is an Associate attorney at Whitney Law Group. Jacob has experience with a variety of employment-related issues, including harassment, discrimination, constructive discharge, reasonable accommodation, wage and hour, and workplace testing standards.

Jacob graduated from Suffolk University Law School in May 2024. While at law school, Jacob was a member of the Suffolk Family Advocacy Clinic, where he represented indigent families as an SJC rule 3:03 certified student attorney. Jacob obtained valuable experience working legal internships at various Massachusetts state agencies. He also worked as a law clerk prior to joining WLG.

Before attending law school, Jacob attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. While there, Jacob received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Law, Ethics, and Decision-Making. As an undergraduate, he also spent time as a Human Resources intern drafting and reviewing employee handbook policies and assisting in contract negotiations with international employees. Jacob assisted in researching, drafting, and editing a forthcoming book on drug testing in the workplace as a researcher and principal editor.

Jacob is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Like all attorneys at WLG, Jake is an active member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, an industry group of lawyers focused on representing individuals in employment litigation. He was born and raised in Melrose, Massachusetts. Jacob enjoys snowboarding, reading about world history, and learning about new developments in the scientific community.
